What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Your name and company name
• Your email address
• The problem or opportunity you describe in the "what's leaking" field
• The budget band you select
• The services you tick (what you need)

We also capture basic marketing attribution on your first visit if you arrive via an ad or tracked link. This may include your Google click identifier (gclid), UTM parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term, the referring page, and the landing page you first landed on. We store this in your browser's session storage so it survives as you move between pages, and we only record it once — first touch wins.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the site andGoogle Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising is effective. Google may set cookies or read identifiers as part of this service. We do not use these tools to identify you personally.

Why we process your information

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed, to scope and deliver services. We use attribution data to understand which marketing channels produce genuine enquiries so we can stop spending on channels that do not work. Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest in running an efficient business and, where we enter into a contract with you, performance of that contract.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, our backend database provider. When a new lead arrives, an email notification is sent to our team at info@rivonia-ai.com. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate the site (hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics).

How long we keep it

We keep lead records for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship with you or as required for tax, legal, and accounting purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights under POPIA

South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@rivonia-ai.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
